A healthy community that supports
sustainable agriculture and the family farm
To provide and promote local access to high quality farm products by sponsoring a thriving retail marketplace
All of our vendors are local growers, producers, and bakers who live and farm or garden within 50 miles of Rochester, Minnesota.
Markets are open RAIN or SHINE.
Indoor winter markets are hosted at Graham Park (Buildings 31 and 35) from November through April. You'll be amazed what our farmers can grow in the harsh Minnesota winter!
By Minnesota state law, NO PETS are allowed in the market vending areas (except service animals). We are a SMOKE-FREE event.
Parking at the downtown market is FREE and available adjacent to the market, at the Government Center, and south of the market along 4th Ave SE.
Rochester Farmers Markets are hosted by the Rochester Downtown Farmers Market Association, seeking to support sustainable agriculture and the family farm by sponsoring a market to provide farmers with a well-organized retail marketplace, providing local access to quality farm products, and strengthening the ties between the family farm and the community.
Market staff and volunteers are available to answer any questions at the Market Info booth. We can also assist customers to make transactions with credit, debit, and EBT cards using our market token system!
