OUR ACHIEVEMENTS

DECEMBER 2018

FOFM hosts its first official fundraiser, a Holiday Bazaar and Makers Market during the three December farmers markets at Graham Park. Nearly 30 additional local makers, crafters, and artisans join the market for this special event!

JUNE 2018

Collecting feedback at a booth at Thursdays on First and Third sponsored by Destination Medical Center. Where do you want to shop for fresh food in Rochester?

APRIL 2018

Thank you to all the people who came to support us [at Ted Spitzer's Market Ventures Inc. presentation at Forager Brewery]. This is a very small step in the long process of establishing a permanent farmers market in Rochester MN. There are many questions still to be answered and research to be completed. We're all in this together: the city needs a farmers market, and the farmers market needs you! 

JANUARY 2018

Friends of the Farmers Market hosts a design charrette with services donated by HGA architects at Squash Blossom Farm. Participants from the vendor membership, stakeholder groups, and community members contribute to a vision for a future market.

JULY 2017

Market Manager Jess Joyce presents FOFM President Mike Schmitt the first donated funds founding the Friends of the Farmers Market
