A few weeks ago, on one of those 95-feels-like-110 days, we visited Daniel & Hannah's Easy Yoke Farm near Zumbro Falls, Minnesota.
The heat didn't slow down their harvest, with the first carrots and tomatoes of the season coming into the packing shed to prepare for market!
The Millers have been farming since 2011 - find them at Rochester Farmers Markets on the northeast corner by the river. Easy Yoke also offers CSA shares and sells leafy greens and other fresh vegetables to People's Food Coop .
